Paint removed from brick, tuck-pointing, windows repaired, new roof, new wood box gutter and painted gable. reimbursement program. De-converted to a single-family with minimal loss to the original floor plan, new kitchen and baths.

Long vacant historic single-family frame home in the Villa Historic District. Restoration of open front porch and exterior stucco. Interior full-gut rehab & new rear 2-story addition w/ basement and detached garage.

Newly completed wrap around wood framed porch & stairs in the Rogers Park neighborhood on the north side of Chicago. The new porch matches the size of the original wood porch from the 1894 Sandborn maps. The owners also had the entire exterior of the house painted and wood siding & trim repaired. Full second floor addition to an existing 1-story house. The addition included three new bedrooms, a new library and dressing room. The existing stair to the second floor was saved and reused.

Single-family historic masonry town house. Limestone masonry façade repair/restoration with removal of non-historic “permastone” cladding. Replacement of unstable “sugaring” limestone with new custom cast stone. New historic replica cast stone front porch and stairs.
